About the team

Every body is engineered individually — that takes more than production capacity.

KTLC Europe does not build standard commercial bodies. Every body is engineered and configured around the customer’s daily logistics, rack format, route structure, and loading process. It requires engineering knowledge built over decades, production discipline visible in every weld, and a commercial team that understands the realities of distribution before the first technical drawing is prepared.

Engineering depth

Each body begins with drawings developed from scratch around your operation. 32 years of specialist body engineering experience, including dropped-frame configurations introduced to the European market.

Production discipline

Every weld and assembly stage is planned, coordinated, and verified. Our production standards are supported by an ITS certificate, authorising KTLC Europe to manufacture vehicle bodies and cooperate with OEM chassis manufacturers.

Operational understanding

Before any design work begins, we analyse your distribution process in detail: route model, loading method, rack format, delivery flow, driver access, and daily operating constraints.

Project continuity

From procurement to scheduling and delivery, defined responsibility at every stage. You always know who owns the next step and where the project stands.

The team

People with defined responsibility at every stage.

Each member covers a specific area of expertise. Together they take a project from initial route review to a body ready for daily operation.

30 years of building this industry

The company that knows 5-gallon distribution from the inside.

KTLC Europe’s knowledge of this sector did not come from a textbook. It came from over 30 years of operating inside the same industry its clients work in every day.

1992
The beginning

The Lenarczyk family enters 5-gallon water distribution through Apipol Niagara, a company built from entrepreneurial conviction. Working directly in the distribution business they will later serve as manufacturers, they develop first-hand knowledge of the operational challenges their future clients face every day.

1994
HESSE Europe established in Kraków

Wiktor Lenarczyk establishes HESSE Europe in Kraków — the European subsidiary of PARCO Hesse, a Canadian manufacturer of aluminium roll-up truck bodies. Operating from a facility in Dobczyce, the company begins building the technical and commercial foundation that still underpins KTLC Europe today. The Hesse bodies proved transformative: lightweight aluminium construction, service lives of 18–20 years, and loading times reduced by over 30%.

2015
Rebranded as KTLC Europe

Wiktor Lenarczyk becomes the majority shareholder and the company is rebranded as KTLC Europe Sp. z o.o. — reflecting its evolution from a European subsidiary into an independent specialist manufacturer with its own engineering capability, production expertise, and growing international client base.

2019
Production facility in Hungary

KTLC Europe expands its manufacturing capacity with a new production facility in Hungary, developed with the support of Sandor Kastura, formerly of Alcoa. The expansion increases the company’s ability to serve fleet operators across Central and Western Europe with shorter lead times and greater production flexibility.

2023
New Kraków facility — full circle

KTLC Europe opens a new production facility in Kraków — in the same buildings where the Lenarczyk family’s distribution business began over 30 years ago. The company that started by operating the bodies it now builds returns to its origins: manufacturing from the address where the journey began.

The next step

Start with a fleet and route review.

The first conversation is not a quote request. It is a review of your current route model, rack format, and loading setup — the information needed to assess whether a KTLC body is the right fit for your operation. Michał Lenarczyk will lead the review personally.

  • Review of current route and loading model
  • Assessment of technical and operational fit
  • Clear next-step recommendation for your fleet

No commitment. We review fit before discussing next steps.

We reply within one working day.
