A KTLC aluminium body is a long-term investment, built to the highest quality standards around your delivery needs. Proven durability across multiple chassis lifecycles and documented resale value help you get more from your investment.
Built for uptime. Engineered for long-term value.
Your truck generates revenue with every delivery. A reliable body helps it stay on the road, working day after day — with fewer workshop visits, disrupted routes and replacement vehicle costs.
In reported fleet use, KTLC bodies required just 0–1 body service interventions over eight years of daily operation.
More days delivering. Less time repairing.
Engineered for long-term value
Most truck bodies are scrapped when their chassis reaches the end of its service life, typically after 7–8 years. A KTLC fully welded aluminium body is built on a different principle: it outlasts the chassis and moves to the next vehicle instead of being thrown away.
That changes the economics. You are not buying a body that depreciates alongside one truck, but a long-life asset that keeps working across two or three vehicle cycles, lowering total cost of ownership and lifting the return on the original investment.
The chassis is the consumable. The body is the asset.
Why KTLC aluminium
Roll-up doors give drivers immediate access to every bay without climbing into the load space. Combined with forklift-compatible loading, total route output increases significantly from the first day of operation. Up to 60% more deliveries per shift vs van-based operations.
A fully welded aluminium body, not bolted or riveted, engineered for intensive daily distribution. By removing bolted connection points, the structure reduces the risk of loosening and long-term wear in critical areas. 8 years, zero repairs, documented in German 5-gallon operation.
The lightweight aluminium body structure keeps body weight low while maintaining the strength required for intensive daily use. This allows operators to maximise legal payload on every route. 192 bottles per 7.5t vehicle in documented fleet operation.
Few moving systems, simple mechanics, and service exposure concentrated in clearly identifiable parts. Workshop teams can be trained quickly. Only 3 components require routine service: doors, locks, side steps.
A KTLC body is built to work beyond the life of the first vehicle. After the initial chassis cycle, the body is inspected, refurbished, and mounted onto a compatible new chassis. Homologation support for DAF, MAN, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz and others.
A KTLC body retains market value beyond the first chassis cycle. This is not an assumption. Refurbished bodies have been resold and returned to service. €12,000 net resale value after 13 years, Culligan Austria fleet.

Certified quality
KTLC Europe’s production process, welding quality, and body performance are independently certified. These certifications are not formalities. They are the foundation for cooperation with OEM chassis manufacturers and institutional fleet operators.
The Road Transport Institute certificate authorises KTLC Europe to manufacture vehicle bodies and cooperate with OEM chassis manufacturers. It confirms that our internal processes, welding quality, documentation, and traceability meet the standards expected by large automotive partners.
The DEKRA certificate confirms that KTLC Europe roll-up bodies have been independently tested and certified for load securing performance. This applies to the body’s structural integrity and cargo restraint under operational conditions.
KTLC Europe provides homologation support across major chassis brands, including Certificates of Conformity. Each body is designed in line with the chassis manufacturer’s guidelines and homologation requirements.
Industry recognition
Proven in fleet operation
The long-life performance of KTLC bodies is not based on projected assumptions. It is verified in real fleet operations with named clients, documented service histories, and confirmed financial outcomes.
The next step
The first conversation is not a quote. It is a review of your current operation — route model, fleet size, chassis replacement cycle, and loading setup — to assess whether a KTLC body is the right long-term asset for your fleet.
